Residential Inspection
A residential inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property. This inspection is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components of the home that are observable and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the client or the inspector prior to the inspection process. We perform all home inspections using the Home Inspection Standards of Practice, which can be found here:
Radon Testing
Radon is colorless, odorless, and extremely carcinogenic (cancer-causing). It can affect homes anywhere in the US, and the only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with testing. Home tests are available, but we recommend professional testing for peace of mind.
Sewer Scope Inspection
A sewer scope inspection uses a snake like cable with a camera attached to the end to look inside of your home’s sewer line. It determines if you have any blockages or leaks in your sewer system. It can also spot potential problems that may arise in the future. A blocked or damaged sewer line could lead to costly structural issues, mold growth, and could pose health risks.
